Delectable chewy chocolate gingerbread cookie recipe here. Cookies above made by my 9 year-old. We skipped the ground ginger and just added the fresh ginger, and think they turned out perfectly. We also used the EnjoyLife megachunks in lieu of chopping up a semisweet chocolate bar… which did not sacrifice any flavor (just helped save time!).
